Houston Texans

The Houston Texans are an NFL team that play at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. Last season the Texans won their division and made it to the playoffs for the first time since 2012. Last season they had 335 first downs, 45 sacks, 39 touchdowns, 4,079 passing yards, and 1,731 rushing yards. This offseason the Texans picked up many free agents to help there team be even better this year such as Brock Osweiler and Lamar Miller. This season the Texans should be really good because of their great players such as JJ Watt, Brian Cushing, Brock Osweiler, Lamar Miller, DeAndre Hopkins, and Jadeveon Clowney. These star players should help the Texans do well in the regular season so they can go to the playoffs and maybe win the Super Bowl. The Houston Texans have a great team this year and I can't wait to see how good they will be.

DeAndre Hopkins

DeAndre Hopkins is an NFL player for the Houston Texans. He was born on June 6, 1992 in Central, South Carolina. He was drafted by the Texans in the 1st round, 27th pick out of Clemson University. DeAndre he had a rough start to his rookie season because his quarterbacks got injured a lot and they would have a new one each week. In 2014 the Texans quarterback stayed the same almost the entire year which helped DeAndre play at his best and he did. He had 76 receptions, 1210 yards, and 6 touchdowns that season. During the 2015 season he played amazing by making great catches, helping his team make it to the playoffs and win their division, made a Pro Bowl appearance, and scored many touchdowns. He had 111 receptions, 1521 yards, and 11 touchdown during this outstanding year. DeAndre Hopkins is a great NFL player and has a bright NFL career ahead of himself.

Mike Trout

Mike Trout also known as," The Millville Meteor," is a MLB player for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was born on August 7, 1991 in Vineland, New Jersey. He was drafted by the Angels in the first round, 25th pick  overall of the 2009 MLB draft. From 2009 to the start of the 2011 season Trout was in the Minor Leagues. He made his MLB debut on July 11, 2011. After that season the Trout show began. In 2012 he won The Rookie of the Year Award, The Silver Slugger Award in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and a trip to the all-star game in 2014 and 2015 including winning the MVP in those back to back all-star games. He also won The AL MVP Award in 2014 and the Best MLB player ESPY Award in 2015.  Mike Trout is an amazing MLB player because he is a great outfielder, hitter, base runner, and teammate. Last season he had 41 home runs, 90 RBI's, 11 stolen bases, and had a .299 batting average. Mike Trout is a great all around baseball player and has a bright MLB future ahead.

Los Angeles Angels of Anahiem

The Los Angeles Angles of Anahiem are an MLB team that playsz in Anahiem, California. The Angels have won one World Series in 2002, when they beat the San Francisco Giants. They play at Angel Stadium in the AL West division with the Houston Astros, Seattle Mariners, Oakland A's, and the Texas Rangers. Last season the Angels came in third place in their division with a 85-77 record. Their star players that helped them win last season are Mike Trout, Albert Pujols, CJ Wilson, Garrett Richards and Kole Calhoun. The Angels were led by Mike Trout who hit 41 homeruns and 90 runs batted in. Last season the Angels hit 176 homeruns, 52 stolen bases, and 691 runs batted in. During the offseason the Angels picked up  Andrelton Simmons, Jose Alvarez, Yunel Escobar, and Daniel Nava. The Angels have a good team for this season and I can't wait to see how well they do this year.
